Therapeutic Massage
Therapeutic sessions are for those looking to work through chronic, acute pain or dysfunction. In these sessions we take a deep dive into the dysfunction you are experiencing and set up a plan to get you back to feeling yourself. In these sessions you can expect longer assessments and good communication throughout.
New Clients
This is where we begin. Your introductory appointment includes a thorough intake and assessment, time to discuss the pain or dysfunction you’re experiencing, and the start of therapeutic work. Together, we’ll begin forming a plan to support your body and your goals.
